[SAMPLE] A redwood walk worth the drive.

Three hours, two coffees, one stand of California redwoods that nobody quite believes is real until they're standing in it.

It’s the redwoods that get most of the photographs, but the walk in is the part most visitors don’t expect — a long, easy gradient through stringybark and sassafras, the river never far on your left, and the changeover from open eucalypt to dim, ferny rainforest happens in about three steps.

We run a guided walk on the second Sunday of every month — meeting at the visitor centre at 10am, back by 1pm, soup on if it’s winter. No booking required; turn up.
