Volunteers are members. Granted manually by an admin when you join the volunteer roster.
- Join as a volunteer to share our wonderous environment to the visitor, the cultural works of the gallery, the makers’ crafts in the retail space, delight in organising our Christmas markets that bring so much joy
- Work with volunteer peers on the front desk – 7 days to choose from and always with another volunteer or contribute behind the scenes, we look forward to you joining

Provides access to sell and showcase work to the visitors who seek tourist information at the Hub.
- We welcome all Yarra Valley handmade crafts, an opportunity to showcase your artistic skills to visitors and locals
- List your products on the Waterwheel website as a member for $180 per annum or $15 per month, your choice
- Secure retail space for $50 a month or just list on the website only as part of your membership

Accommodation Provider
Direct visitors to short-term stay options, leveraging the Waterwheel's function as an essential visitor destination.
- Premium self-managed listing for short-term accommodation on the Waterwheel website
- Direct enquiry contact details published on your listing — bookings handled by you, not the Hub
- Invitations to two dedicated business workshops per year with guest speaker – e.g an update on Mountain Bike Tourism and the opportunity to network and meet like minded businesses
