Established in 1991 Seville Hill Winery has been producing wines from one of the most elevated and cooler properties in Seville and the Yarra Valley.
The site is home to Rich Red Volcanic soil that adds to the complexity of our wines and no chemical fertilisers are used in the growing of our vines.
Initially focusing on producing elegant fruit driven Red Wines, over the recent years the list now includes Whites, Dessert Styles and Sparkling Wines.
Seville Hill boasts one of the most stunning and picturesque views of the Warburton Ranges and Yarra Valley that will take your breath away. During the warmer months of the year, Summer Jazz at Seville Hill (Oct – Apr) is held outside on the terraced lawn and deck which is over shadowed by three very large spectacular English elm trees that are well over 180 years old and has become a popular feature event of our winery.
