These terms apply to Local Trader & Business membership of Warburton Waterwheel Inc. ("the Hub"). 1. Membership and fee. Local Trader & Business membership is charged annually at the rate listed on the Membership page. 2. Renewal. Membership renews automatically on the anniversary of activation. You will receive a reminder seven days before renewal and can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. 3. Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. 4. Eligibility and approval. Local Trader & Business membership is subject to committee approval. The Hub may decline applications where the business does not operate locally, does not meet basic standards (active operation, valid contact details), or does not fit the Hub's visitor offering. 5. Listing content. Members provide their trader listing (description, hours, phone, address, website, menu or product links, socials, photos) for use on the Hub website and in Hub promotional materials. Members warrant that all information is accurate and that they own or have the right to use all material provided. Members are responsible for keeping their listing current. 6. Visitor referrals. The Hub may refer visitors to trader members via the Hub website, in-centre conversations, printed materials, and the in-centre trader display. The Hub does not guarantee a level of referrals or visitor traffic. Any transaction, refund, or dispute is solely between the member and the customer. The Hub is not a party to transactions and accepts no liability for them. 7. In-centre collateral. Members may supply menus, flyers, and business cards for display in the Hub's trader area, subject to space and the Hub's display guidelines. The Hub may decline or remove collateral at its discretion. 8. Operator obligations. Members warrant they hold all required registrations, permits, and insurances for their business, and will keep these current for the duration of their membership. 9. Networking and events. Members are invited to trader networking forums and receive periodic visitor statistics from the Hub. These are provided as a benefit and not as a service guarantee. 10. Communications. By joining, you consent to receive Hub newsletter and trader-administrative communications by email. 11. Privacy. The Hub collects contact and trading details necessary to administer your membership and listing. See the Hub's Privacy page for the full policy. 12. Ending of membership. You may end your membership at any time by emailing the Hub. The Hub may end a member's membership at its discretion, particularly where listing accuracy or operator obligations are not maintained. 13. Changes. These terms and membership fees may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
