These terms apply to Friend membership of Warburton Waterwheel Inc. ("the Hub"). 1. Membership and fee. Friend membership is $50 per year (or as listed on the Membership page). Membership begins when payment is received and runs for twelve months. 2. Renewal. Friend membership renews automatically on the anniversary of activation, charged to your saved payment method. You will receive a reminder seven days before renewal and can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the Hub does not pro-rate refunds. 3. Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. 4. Benefits. Friends receive the Hub newsletter, member rates and early invitations to community events, workshops, gallery openings, and morning teas. Benefits are subject to availability and may change over time. The Hub is run by volunteers and benefits depend on volunteer capacity. 5. Communications. By joining, you consent to receive the Hub newsletter and member-related communications by email. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Unsubscribing does not end your paid membership. 6. Privacy. The Hub collects your name, email, and billing details necessary to administer membership. Payment details are held by our payment processor (Stripe) and never by the Hub directly. Contact information is not shared with third parties except as required by law. See the Hub's Privacy page for the full policy. 7. Ending of membership. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Your membership and benefits continue until the end of the current paid period. 8. Changes. These terms and the membership fee may be updated from time to time.
