[DRAFT-REAL] Accommodation Provider

These terms apply to Accommodation Provider membership of Warburton Waterwheel Inc. ("the Hub"). 1. Membership and fee. Accommodation Provider membership is charged annually at the rate listed on the Membership page. 2. Renewal. Membership renews automatically on the anniversary of activation. You will receive a reminder seven days before renewal and can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. 3. Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. 4. Eligibility and approval. Accommodation Provider membership is subject to committee approval. The Hub may decline applications where the listing does not meet basic standards (active operation, valid contact details, current insurance) or does not fit the Hub's visitor offering. 5. Listing content. Members provide their accommodation listing (description, photos, rooms, check-in/out, booking URL, amenities) for use on the Hub website and in Hub promotional materials. Members warrant that all information is accurate and that they own or have the right to use all material provided. Members are responsible for keeping their listing current. 6. Bookings and visitor referrals. The Hub may refer visitors to accommodation members via the Hub website, in-centre conversations, and printed materials. The Hub does not guarantee a level of bookings or visitor traffic. Any booking, payment, refund, cancellation, or guest dispute is solely between the member and the guest. The Hub is not a party to bookings and accepts no liability for them. 7. Operator obligations. Members warrant they hold all required registrations, planning approvals, insurances, and safety certificates for their accommodation, and will keep these current for the duration of their membership. 8. Workshops and stats. Members are invited to provider workshops, brochure presentation events, and receive periodic visitor statistics from the Hub. These are provided as a benefit and not as a service guarantee. 9. Communications. By joining, you consent to receive Hub newsletter and provider-administrative communications by email. 10. Privacy. The Hub collects contact and trading details necessary to administer your membership and listing. See the Hub's Privacy page for the full policy. 11. Ending of membership. You may end your membership at any time by emailing the Hub. The Hub may end a member's membership at its discretion, particularly where listing accuracy, registrations, or operator obligations are not maintained. 12. Changes. These terms and membership fees may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
